"Asarel-Investment" opened a digital club in the Information Center of "Breznik Minerals". A separate space has been set aside that provides free and free access to citizens to quality computer equipment and high-speed internet. Since mid-January 2026, three fully equipped workplaces have been available to the residents of the municipality of Breznik. They can be used every working day between 8 am and 5 pm by anyone who needs access to modern information technologies.

The club is a facility for job seekers, the elderly and those in disadvantaged situations; for people with low digital literacy and anyone else who needs assistance when working in an online environment. Visitors will be greeted by an associate who can help them acquire new skills, participate in online training or use electronic administrative services. The employee in the digital club will liaise with employers and their organizations, training centers and recruitment agencies. He is committed to monitoring current training, especially when it is conducted with vouchers from the Employment Agency.

The Digital Club was built by Assarel-Investment EAD - the parent company of Breznik Minerals EOOD, with funds from the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism under the Education and Skills component, investment "Provision of digital skills training and creation of an adult learning platform". The investment amounts to 31,073 leva (15,887.37 euros).

The new digital communications location in the city of Breznik is part of Assarel-Investment's long-term strategy to contribute to sustainable development in the regions in which it operates. The company was created to develop new projects in various sectors of the economy and to be a symbol of modern mining with an innovative and responsible presence in the economy.
