We have signed a contract with a company that is part of the largest state-owned conglomerate in China.

The production of the machinery to be used in the processing of ore from the Milin Kamok deposit has started as part of the equipment of the future processing plant.

The task was awarded by Breznik Minerals to the Chinese company CITIC Heavy Industries Co. Ltd (CITIC HIC). It is part of the Chinese CITIC Group Corporation Ltd. - the largest state-owned conglomerate in the People's Republic of China with one of the most extensive foreign assets in the world, as well as part of the Forbes Top 100 for 2023.

The contract between the two companies was finalized and signed in Sofia on November 4, 2024 between Mr. Huang Quang - Vice General Manager of CITIC HIC and Eng. Chenko Gerov - General Manager of Breznik Minerals Ltd.

The program for the visit of our partners from China included comprehensive introduction with the town of Breznik and the ambitious plans for development of the "Breznik Gold Project", as well as a visit to "Asarel-Medet" JSC, where they were given an in-depth presentation of its operations and the significant role the company plays in the economic development of Panagyurishte municipality.

The partnership with the Asian industrial leader was also presented to the Mayor of Breznik - Mr. Vasil Uzunov. He personally welcomed the guests and told them that with its presence in Breznik "Asarel" brings experts and technologies from all over the world. After the leading Bulgarian and European manufacturers, the town will welcome the best from the Asian industry.
